Your chart of accounts, opening balances, contacts and open invoices come with you. You do the move yourself, in Free too.

  1. Download from Crésus what you want to take along: the chart of accounts with balances, the contacts and the open invoices.
  2. In Bilanzi, open Settings › Moving in. Upload a CSV file or paste the table with its header row.
  3. Bilanzi shows you what it recognised. You check it and take it over.

What does Crésus cost compared to Bilanzi?

For bookkeeping, QR invoices and bank transactions, you rent Comptabilité + Facturation Débiteurs from Crésus. It costs CHF 40 a month excl. VAT, or CHF 43.24 incl. VAT. At Bilanzi, Free is enough, for CHF 0 a month.

Can I buy Crésus instead?

Yes. Crésus also sells its modules once. For updates and the bank import you then add the yearly Crésus+ subscription. This page compares the rental, because like Bilanzi it is a subscription.

Do I have to install Bilanzi?

No. Bilanzi runs in the browser, on your computer and on your phone. You install nothing and never run an update.

Can I bring my data from Crésus?

Yes. Crésus exports the chart of accounts, customers and invoices as text or CSV files. You upload the chart of accounts with balances, the contacts and the open invoices in Bilanzi under Settings › Moving in, in Free too.

Are the prices with or without VAT?

Crésus states its prices without VAT, Bilanzi with VAT. Here every price is shown with and without 8.1% VAT, with a note on which figure comes from the vendor.

Can my fiduciary work in Bilanzi?

Yes. Your fiduciary works directly in your books through a mandate, on every plan. They do not count as a person.
