Connect your mobile number and send receipts as a photo or PDF to Bilanzi on WhatsApp, and one button in the chat books the suggestion. There you also draft invoices, quotes and entries, prepare reminder runs, ask questions by voice and get reminders of the VAT deadline, payments and open receipts. Meta and Twilio process the messages, partly in the United States.

Your contacts and open invoices come with you. You do the move yourself, in Free too.
- In smallinvoice, export the contacts and the open invoices as CSV files.
- In Bilanzi, open Settings › Moving in. Upload the files or paste the table with its header row.
- Bilanzi shows you what it recognised. You check it and take it over.
Questions about the comparison
What does smallinvoice cost compared to Bilanzi?
For QR invoices, quotes and contacts, smallinvoice needs the Starter plan, at CHF 15 a month. At Bilanzi you write QR invoices and quotes in Free already, and Free costs nothing.
Does Bilanzi keep the books too?
Yes. Bilanzi books every invoice and every payment in double entry, along the Swiss SME chart of accounts. The balance sheet and income statement are in Free already, the VAT return from Starter.
Can I bring my data from smallinvoice?
Yes. smallinvoice exports contacts and open invoices as CSV or Excel files. You upload both in Bilanzi under Settings › Moving in, in Free too.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
smallinvoice does not say whether its prices include VAT. So its price is shown here as smallinvoice states it, without conversion. Bilanzi shows every price with VAT.
Does Bilanzi read my receipts?
Yes, from Plus. The AI reads the receipt and suggests the entry. Only what you confirm is booked, and you pay for the AI per use.
Can my fiduciary work in Bilanzi?
Yes. Your fiduciary works directly in your books through a mandate, on every plan. They do not count as a person.
