This page lists what we have shipped since 17 September 2026, with dates. Anything older is described on the Features page.
We only list what is already available. Nothing here is a promise.
Someone who got in touch but has not ordered yet can now be added as a prospect. No address is needed, a name and a phone number will do. On their card you keep notes and next steps like for any contact. In the list, prospects appear with your customers, in a group of their own. When the order comes in, “Make a customer” turns them into a customer.
An invoice in euros now shows its amounts in euros on the PDF as well. The payment part with the QR code asks for euros too. Until now the euro amounts appeared there as francs. Invoices in francs stay as they were.
Under More › Help you now find a guide for every area, from the bank and your invoices to payroll. Search for a word at the top, such as “reminder” or “VAT”. When a guide names a screen, one tap opens it. The help on each screen links to the right guide with “More in Help”.
The invoices menu now has “Services and materials”. Keep what you bill often there, with its unit and price. In an invoice draft, pick it with “From the catalogue” and type only the quantity. A new line goes into the catalogue with “Add to catalogue”. Every line now carries a unit such as hour or metre, on the PDF too. Frag Bilanzi takes your catalogue prices when it prepares an invoice.
When you add a contact, you can now look it up in the commercial register. Type the name and pick the right entry. Bilanzi fills in the legal name, the address and the UID. If the contact already exists, Bilanzi tells you while you type the name. One tap then opens the existing page instead of creating a second one.
Type a few letters into the “Frag Bilanzi” field and matching contacts and invoices appear right above it. You can also find a customer through one of their contact people. One tap opens the contact’s page or the invoice, on every plan. Ask Bilanzi about a customer and it now knows their figures, their latest invoices, their next steps, their contact people and your notes. That also works when you ask from their page without naming them. The answer comes with a button that opens the customer’s page.
On a contact’s page you can now keep track of who you talk to there and what was agreed. Your notes appear in the history, between invoices and payments. Plan a next step with a date, and on that day it shows up on “Today”, where one tap ticks it off. Frag Bilanzi knows your next steps too. If you work with an accounting firm, you decide under More › Settings › Organization whether it may see them. It can then read them, but not change them.
Everything under More now sits in a single list. You open the journal, your drafts or your payroll runs straight away, with no submenus to dig through. Only the settings are still one level down. The groups are now called Analysis, Receipts, Accounting, Payroll, Business, Bilanzi and Personal. On a laptop, the list stays on the left while you work. Hints throughout the app now point to the right place, too.
Invoices › Contacts now lists all your contacts, with those who still owe you something at the top. Tap a contact to see what you invoiced them this year, what is still open and how many days they take to pay on average. Below that are their invoices, payments and reminders, newest first. For a supplier you see what you bought and what is still to be paid. From the page you can call, send an email or write an invoice. If something is overdue, “Remind” takes you straight to Notices.
Below “Almost there” you now see a reminder to check your spam folder. It also names the address the email comes from. That way you find it faster if it landed there.
Ask “What is there to do today?” and Bilanzi now answers with the same list as the Today screen. It includes payments you can book the same as last time and receipts that have found their payment. Bilanzi also names scanned invoices that are not paid yet. If your net tax rate is still missing from the setup, Bilanzi tells you that too. Until now these tasks were missing from the answer, even though they were on the Today screen.
Signing up no longer has a box for reporting to Google. Below the «Create account» button, a sentence now says that we measure Google ads. If you clicked a Google ad, Google learns whether that click led to an account, a company or a subscription. Google does not learn your email address, your name or anything from your books. If you don’t want this, tick the box under More › Account › Privacy or send us an email.
Under Settings › Moving in, you bring your books over from the program you used before. Upload a CSV file or paste rows you copied in Excel. Before anything is imported, Bilanzi shows you what it recognised and what it did not. Missing accounts are created and the opening balances are posted on the first day of your financial year. Your contacts and open invoices come along too, and you tick invoices off once they are paid.
In Bank, tap a payment and choose the account. If you file VAT, you also pick the rate, and Bilanzi works out the tax. Next time, Bilanzi suggests the same account for the same payee. Under “Same as last time” you confirm such payments with one click. If you run a sole proprietorship, the “Private” button books a private payment.
The bottom of every page now shows which company builds and runs Bilanzi, with its address and the Swiss cross. On the home page, a new card under “Your data” introduces the company. It shows where the company is based and its UID from the commercial register, with a link to the imprint.
After you submit the sign-up form, the page now jumps to the “Almost there” message. On a phone it used to stay further down, and the message was out of sight.
With Chrome on Android, the bottom bar sometimes slid halfway below the edge of the screen. Labels like “Today” and “More” were then cut off. The bar now keeps its distance from the edge, even while you scroll.
The email that confirms your address now comes from Bilanzi itself. So does the email you use to choose a new password. Both are written in the language you picked when you signed up. A button takes you straight to your workspace. If you reply to one of them, a person reads it.
At the bottom of every page there is a box with the “Start for free” button. With your device in dark mode, its text was barely visible. It is now light and easy to read. On the pages about a single topic, the text also sits in the middle, above the button.
The privacy notice is up to date again. It names Stripe for the paid plans, Cloudflare for every visit to bilanzi.ch and Shopify if you connect your shop. It says when the AI reads a receipt and what happens to your feedback. When the operator accepts your feedback, the AI agents that build Bilanzi now get only its text, without your email address.
If you come to Bilanzi from a Google ad, the sign-up page asks whether Bilanzi may tell Google. The box stays empty until you tick it yourself. If you agree, Google learns that your click led to an account, a company or a subscription. Google does not get your email address, your name or anything from your books. No Google script runs on bilanzi.ch for this. You can switch the reporting off at any time under More › Account.
When you set up a new company, you get Starter for 30 days, with no card needed. After that you move to Free and keep everything. Free covers all the bookkeeping except the VAT return, and your accountant works with you at no cost. If you were with Bilanzi before, you keep the VAT return in Free. Payroll, AI and the API are now part of the paid plans.
On the paid plans the AI now reads a set number of receipts each month, 100 on Starter, 200 on Business and 700 on Fiduciary. Questions to Ask Bilanzi don’t count. Under Settings › Subscription you can see how many receipts it has read this month. If you need more, you can buy a pack of extra receipts there that never expires. The AI runs in Switzerland.
When you take a photo of a receipt or pick one from your phone, Bilanzi makes it smaller before storing it. The text stays easy to read. PDF files are stored exactly as you send them. That way the space on Free lasts for many years of receipts.
Bilanzi now reads the CSV exports of many more Swiss banks on its own, including PostFinance, UBS and Raiffeisen. If a file still doesn’t work, Bilanzi suggests exporting CAMT instead. That format looks the same at every Swiss bank. Assign the columns yourself once and Bilanzi remembers them for that account, so the next file reads without your help. You can also send Bilanzi the layout of the file, without names, amounts or texts.
On your phone, More opens the menu. Tap More once more and it closes again. You are back where you were, at the same spot on the page.
On your phone, the bar at the bottom slid up and down as you scrolled. It now stays fixed to the bottom edge and spans the full width. If you open a menu while further down a page, it now starts at the top. Before, it appeared at the end and slowly scrolled up.
In many places Bilanzi explains how something works or walks you through your first steps. You can now tell this help apart at a glance. It sits on a slightly darker background, with a question mark and the word Help. One click on its line folds it away. Bilanzi remembers this for each block, even after you next sign in and on another device.
If you photograph a receipt you paid in cash, Bilanzi now books it at once. No bank statement will show it, so nothing waits. Until now such a receipt stayed behind as a draft. When a receipt is linked to an entry, one sentence at the top now says so. The field for another receipt is folded away, so it no longer looks as if one were missing.
If you photograph an invoice you still have to pay, Bilanzi books it at once, on the date of the invoice. The Today screen shows you which invoices are still open. Pay them as usual. As soon as the payment is on your bank statement, Bilanzi offers it under Bank, and one click assigns it. If you paid with a cash discount, Bilanzi books the difference as a reduction on the same account, as long as the invoice carries no VAT.
